“Constrained to Confess Christ!”

“But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.” (Acts 4:19-20) So then, as Robert M. Mc Cheyne has said, “There cannot be a secret Christian. Grace is like fragrant ointment hidden in the hand; it betrays itself. If you truly sense the sweetness of the cross of Christ, you too will be constrained to confess Christ before men.”
